By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Normalizer application for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not grant you ownership of the software or any related intellectual property.


2. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including but not limited to:

  • Source code
  • Compiled binaries 
  • Algorithms 
  • Audio processing methods 
  • UI/UX design 
  • Branding, logos, and trademarks 
  • Documentation and marketing materials
     

are the exclusive property of Normalizer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software or any portion of it 
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app 
  • Derive source code, algorithms, or trade secrets from the app 
  • Reproduce or replicate the app’s functionality to create a competing product 
  • Sell, sublicense, lease, or transfer the software 
  • Use the Service or its ideas to build a similar or competing product
     

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In violation of any applicable laws or regulations 
  • For unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes 
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security 
  • To attempt to bypass licensing, trial limitations, or activation mechanisms
     

4. Licensing & Activation

Some features of the Service may require a paid license or activation code.

License purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Compatible with all systems or files 
  • Suitable for any particular purpose
     

Use of the Service is at your own risk.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Normalizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data 
  • Loss of audio files 
  • Loss of business or revenue 
  • Workflow interruptions
     

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Normalizer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service 
  • Your violation of these Terms 
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
     

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
